AUTHOR
China Williams
For the past two years, China Williams has gone bicoastal, splitting time between the unlikely duo of Bangkok, Thailand, and Portland, Maine. Upon each stateside return, she wishes she could sneak Bangkok's street food vendors and plastic bag drinks and the art of chit-chat through customs. In the reverse direction, she'd take bleach, high-quality sound systems and emissions control. Thanks to my hubby, Matt Baum, for his tireless investigation of Bangkok's good food and drink. To Nuan and company forthe Chinatown tour, Jean Wu and Daniel Cooney for the Mizu trip, Rafael D Frankel and Susan Keppelman for their respective neighbourhood tips, and Mason and Luka, helpful as always. Final nods to the Bangkok Tourist Bureau and the talented Lonely Planet staff.
The 1st edition of this book was written by Rebecca Turner.
