Collins Easy Learning German Dictionary [antikvár]

Introduction Collins Easy Learning German Dictionary is an innovative dictionary designed specifically for anyone starting to learn German. We are grateful to all those teachers who have contributed to its development by advising us on how to tailor it to the needs of their students. Following teachers' recommendations, we have incorporated the following features: • Colour coding immediately distinguishes German and English content » Thousands of set phrases and examples show words used in numerous structures, contexts, and functions • The gender of nouns is made clear by the use of articles and the labels masc,fem and neut • Many verbs are linked by reference numbers to verb tables in the middle of the book • Extra notes alert learners to key language points (such as false friends) and inform about German life • The colourful German in Action supplement contains the basic phrases a student needs to speak and write German confidently We also gratefully acknowledge the help of the examining boards, whom we have consulted throughout this project, and whose word lists and exam papers we carefully studied when compiling this dictionary in order to ensure appropriate coverage and support for GCSE and other exams of a similar level. Core words from the word lists have a background highlight for easy identification.
