THE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION OF LACUL ROSU The health resort of Lacul Rosu, with its smart villas straggling among sturdy fir-trees, along both slopes lining the Bicaz Brook, was set up 36 years ago, around the wonderful Red Lake. This lake — the pearl of the Eastern Carpathians — together with its surroundings, forms one of the most picturesque regions of the country.
